“The lovely man who attended was so kind and courteous to my very stressed Dad. Explaining everything as he went. The call handlers should make you aware that a fuel filter change is highly recommended and they don't offer that service on an Audi. Not sure if they do it on other cars. There is a further £30 on top of initial charge for another cleaning agent recommended also. Can't recall what it was. Would recommend.”

“Felt like the call centre were keeping me on hold to stop me using an alternate service provider, rather than just admitting they are busy and booking me in for another day. To be clear, I was very clear that I was not stranded, the vehicle was at my mums house, I could wait for another day and that I didnt have time to wait about but could easily reschedule.”

“A quick response of 30 minutes as he was in the area. Very nice young man. The operator said the cost was £279 which is very expensive…the total cost was in fact more as the £50 deposit was added and £20 for fuel. This was not made clear at the start.”

“Excellent service from Jordan! I didn’t have to wait too long and when he arrived he was very efficient, knowledgable and polite. The job was soon completed and I was safely on my way back home again. I can’t thank him enough for coming to my rescue on a very wet and dark day. Sadly neither the RAC or AA would attend- despite the fact that I was alone and very many miles from home. Thank you for such a first class service😊”

“Brilliant first contact with fuel fixer who gave me confidence and persuaded me to pay more for an excellent service, with 14 day guarantee. Mechanic arrived quickly but was greeted with immediate suggestion I spent another £30 on some additive - I lost confidence in your service at this point. He was surly . No-one had explained I needed to pay him in addition to the payment I had already made. Confusion over the final amount due which I I was lead to believe was my poor hearing. Absolutely NO written evidence of your 14 day guarantee and I was treated like an idiot when I asked for it. Apart from the excellent initial sales pitch I was so disappointed with the service .”
