“Absolutely outstanding service. A cold December afternoon fuelling the car realised it was the wrong fuel after 10lts. Rang Fuel Fixer although it was challenging day due to the snow and Christmas traffic. The guys from Fuel Fixer were absolutely fantastic, kept me posted of their arrival time and were efficient, professional and friendly. I had to leave the car with my other half, when the engineer arrives he cleaned up the fuel, helped my other half fill up the car and start the engine and reassured her everything is going to be okay. While I hope I never find myself having to use their services again, if I did put the wrong fuel in again they will be my first of point of contact. Fantastic.”

“Fuel fixer were excellent once they arrived. Only problem was said they would get to us at about 4.30 pm when it was actually 9.15 pm hence deducting one star. The operative took care and did a good job . Suggest time arriving be more carefully given to users”

“The wife had put the wrong fuel in the car and thankfully realized it straight away. Phoned up fuel fixer who was helpful on the phone. They arrived quickly drained the fuel put new fuel in my life was back on the road. Had no further problems with the vehicle! All round great service hopefully I won't need it again tho! 😂👍”

“I misfuelled my diesel Audi A3 with unleaded in Dundee late in the afternoon and really wasn't sure what to do. The service station assistant gave me a Fuel Fixer card so I called them. Really friendly service and the operative was with me in just over an hour. In less than 2 hours my car was sorted and I was back on the road again. You need to pay a £50 deposit to get the call out and then pay the balance to the driver - it was contactless so easy enough. So a great service and much appreciated - just be aware this is not cheap at around £300. However, for the convenience and ability to use your car, it's probably just the price you need to pay.”

“Fast, efficient and value for money. Called on a Sunday they were there within the hour and drained my tank.Back on the road within 20 mins. My own RAC would not come out, if the y did they were going to charge me double what fuel fixer charge. Anyone with breakdown check your policy, they don't cover fuel mis haps.”

“When my daughter mistakenly put diesel fuel in her car she feared engine damage when the car stuttered to a halt. However a quick call to the Fuel Fixer help line had an engineer on the way. His estimated arrival was 1.5 hours, and he arrived in 1 hour 29 minutes! 40 minutes later she was on her way, tank and fuel lines cleansed of diesel and fresh petrol in the tank. At all times the engineer had courtesly explained what he was doing, including cleaning the spark plugs, and had thoroughly tested the results before completing his task. We were very impressed by the speed and efficiency of Fuel Fixers service and would recomthem to anyone.”
