“After a wait of about 30-40 minutes the operative arrived and gave me a talk on what he would do and what I should do next. The procedure took about an hour and the tank was cleared. The next morning I drove to my local garage to request a fuel filter change.”

“The chap on the phone was friendly and helpful setting me up and the engineer, Zoltan, was friendly and chatty, knew his stuff and completely the job efficiently. It was old fuel rather than wrong fuel but he flushed everything through and I'm happy with the job. The car wouldn't fire up but it's been sat for nearly two years and I've since found a couple of issues that would have prevented starting anyhow! Parts still en route at the mo”

“I was in the unfortunate position of needing assistance having petrol in my diesel tank and the support I received from Fuel Fixer was excellent. The original call was straightforward and outlined the arrangements including the cost and then, when the technician arrived, fortunately within just 20mins, he dealt with the problem promptly and without any fuss. He was clear about the process and how long it would take (all done within an hour). In discussions with the technician he confirmed that his company wasn’t the cheapest but they guaranteed that they would have me back on my journey quicker than any other company that provides the same service. All in all an excellent service with very good customer service. They also provide a 30 day warranty, in the event that there are subsequent problems after the initial fix. It’s apparently rare for problems to arise but reassuring to have the warranty nonetheless.”
