“The driver got lost twice finding the location and went to Hitchin Garden Centre, rather than Vanstone Park Garden Centre Hitchin Road Codicote. Once arrived, he did an excellent job, only to find the fuel pump was the problem, not faulty fuel!”

“We filled our car with AdBlue about 11 litres. Having put petrol in afterwards we couldn't get the car started. This man from Fuel Fixer arrived within 45 minutes of our call he drained the car helped us fill up and had us back on the road within an hour. The alternative was using the AA the take us back home which would have taken hours and then we would still have had to find a garage and it would have taken days as it was new years eve. Great but very expensive service but it was worth it and i hope we don't make that mistake again but if we do I know they exist and would use them again.”

“I was advised on the telephone that the cost would be £300. I agreed to this. On the arrival of the mechanic, I was advised that the cost would be £400. The cost increased 25% in an hour. Had I not been stuck for the then 3 hours, with my 82year old neighbour and two dogs, I would have argued the point. This conduct is illegal !”
