I think it should be made very clear that to receive a paper star certificate it's going to cost an additional £15 minimum depending on the package you buy as I am sure I am not the first to be shocked by this. When you have brought it as a gift you cant then expect the recipient to pay the extra as I am sure for many this would be unaffordable. If it states at the time of purchase at least then you can make an informed decision.
