“Engineer arrived very quickly, less than 24 hours between reporting issues and him arriving to fix it. Slav was polite, professional, quick and friendly. He explained all the issues we were having and why it was happening. Overall happy with the service.”

“Our Engineer Slav was absolutely amazing, he fixed both our coffee machines and even took the time to take some pictures and explained everything to me and was amazing. Thank you for sending Slav to us he was amazing. Thank you.”

“Hi, Billy was so helpful on Friday whilst carrying out the billi tap service at Bermondsey St. He highlighted that the drainage on the 5th floor wasn't clearing down in the sink. An engineer who cares about the job is a pleasure to work with. Great customer service, thanks Billy.”
