“An engineer told me that I should have a much lower electricity option from the company I am with and have been for a few years, EDF, so I went onto the site and found, yes, there was a much lower option that I had not been aware of on my account on the EDF site. So I opted for the new one and I had no problem with changing the tariff. It seems so unfair that the company web site doesn't give you the true tariff options available only the ones they want you to see, which it is totally wrong.”

“Good service from your agency in setting up the new account, but disappointed with Scottish Power site admin and website access. Having now supplied my second monthly figures, they don't seem to show itemised units per fuel used in monthly costings, (allowing customers to check and compare), just a debit figure. My previous supplier "Avro", and particularly "White Rose Energy" before them, had precise unit figure calculations after every submit! I hope you might pass on this message to them !”
