“Relatively easy to review the options and make a decision However, the transition to a new Shell energy account was somewhat less easy They will not change the direct debit unless you ring and their telephone customer services is diabolical I was not advised I had to contact Shell by freepricecompare.”

“I elected to go with one of big 6, but when I tried to change they would not let me have a standard tariff with an economy 7 meter, so remained with EON as they said it was not a problem. I use more electric through the day so to pay extra daytime and less for lower usage is a no brainer, the one who would not accept this was Scottish Power”
