“Just phoned the call centre, twice someone answered and didn’t speak. I could hear the back ground noise of people on the line to other customers, however I got a call back apologising and they’ve checked that my application has gone through. Saved money today so happy about that.”

“It was quick and easy to find another provider. The price comparisons were easy to decipher and once you've chosen a provider it is just one click to switch. Still awaiting final switch to take place but all good so far.”

“All seems to be working smoothly so far. Not sure about receiving TWO phone calls following up my initial investigation. However I did go back to the site and switched. Seem to have more choices than the meerkats!”
