Good service from your agency in setting up the new account, but disappointed with Scottish Power site admin and website access. Having now supplied my second monthly figures, they don't seem to show itemised units per fuel used in monthly costings, (allowing customers to check and compare), just a debit figure. My previous supplier "Avro", and particularly "White Rose Energy" before them, had precise unit figure calculations after every submit! I hope you might pass on this message to them !
