“Ordered 2 parts, one was in stock and came next day as expected. The second part wasn’t in stock and I was told 10 working days, to then be told 14 days later that the part has been discontinued and provided me with the alternative. 30 days later and still no parts delivered and I had to ring to get my refund from the previous part ordered (discontinued). Appalling service from start to finish!”

“I have quite a rare vehicle and yet every part I needed was in stock. The online ordering system was brilliant and the parts easy to identify and select. I was surprised by the prices and how competitive they are. My parts were easy to fit and rectified my problem immediately getting me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Fowlers and would absolutely use them again without hesitation when I need more parts, which I will ☹️ unfortunately. Delivery of my parts came a day earlier than stated. Brilliant service. Thank you Fowlers.”
