“I ordered parts from Fowlers but checked for availability before doing so , staff at the garage said parts were on back order but available. Very happy at getting parts and delivery time.”

“I’ve found Fowlers to offer an invaluable service for purchasing parts for my motorcycles. Their website is great to identify the part/s you need and if it’s readily available and price. Postage charges are reasonable and order notifications keep you updated on arrival dates. I’ve used their website several times now and not had any problems with it. The parts arrived a few days after ordering.”

“I was disappointed that one of the items that I ordered was not available. The unavailable item was in fact the main purpose of my order. Had I known that that item was unavailable, I would have delayed my order until I needed further items, the other items were not needed immediately, so could have waited. Alas I was not given the option to cancel the order....”
