I'd been waiting for over a month for another provider to supply a couple of bolts for my bike. They were meant to be in stock but despite repeated attempts to chase they weren't posted so I requested a refund and ordered the same bolts from Fowlers. The bolts arrived before I even received the refund from the other company. Great service.

To whom it may concern, I ordered 4 indicator assembly for an old Speed Triple Triumph from Switzerland. I was served an supported by Nick Few in a very pleasant and professional way. After I posted the order I noticed that I was only able to choose 1 -2 day express delivery by UPS for 50£ Hence, I contacted Nick again and asked why. According to Nick customs handling with Switzerland was cumbersome and complicated and therefor UPS offers only express delivery by managing and paying taxes all at once. Nick also offered me a postal delivery for 16£, but mentioned also the long delivery times in the past. So I opted for express delivery. The thing that might be of most interest for you, if you have other customer form Switzerland asking you about expediencies, is the fact that for 50£ everything was covered. From the custom fee to the custom tax as well as the Swiss VAT, which is 8.1% for the whole amount of 160£. So I must assume that the 50£ for the express delivery will vary based on the amount of the order. For me the prize was right since calculating the prize for a postal delivery, including customs handling and customs tax plus Swiss VAT would have summed up to more or less the same amount but without the fast delivery. I ordered the parts on Monday morning and they where delivered Wednesday afternoon, perfect in time. As for the indicators they are the right ones and came undamaged. All in all it was, thanks to Nick, a very good experience an I certainly will recommend Fowler's spare parts to anyone that asks me. Please give my thanks and regards to Nick. Regards, Rolando

The decision to take the parts counter entirely online and click and collect took away the expertise that a lot of people rely upon when they are working on their bikes. If you needed a replacement part but didn’t know the name of it you could take the broken part to the counter and they’d help you identify it and obtain the replacement. For the O-ring I ordered ChatGPT told me which one to get, and I ordered it half expecting it to be the wrong one. Luckily it wasn’t. Going online of course is a good thing for delivery orders and large qty orders, but it should be “as well as” not “instead of” because the great service from before is now gone. -customer service rating was based on not actually receiving any other than being handed the part when I collected it

I ordered a part using the parts diagram the part that arrived was incorrect I asked customer services for advice & assistance who could not have been less helpful. No solution offered, no helpful suggestions.

Absolutely fantastic, ordered an out of stock full brake caliper for my Varadero 125, was told it would be 7-10 days delivery and received it in 3 days! Customer service is brilliant, delivery was punctual and packaged well. Brilliant company, will definitely get all my parts from them from now on.
