“Radiator arrived damaged, they advised me to straighten all the bent fins out myself. When I then questioned them about the bent lug on top they told me that it was normal…. Further another email to them showing my original and the one they sent I never got a reply…”

“I mostly order all my parts from the Fowlers online website, which is very easy to use and contains manufacturer OEM diags for just about all parts for any bike, something which is extremely useful letting you check the part is the correct one and also cost and availability. On the occasion that I might need to 'phone the landline, the phone is swiftly answered and the staff are always polite and knowledgable. Items purchased are very well packaged and delivered on time.”
