“Disappointed with fowler’s. when ordering parts you are lead to believe that they are in stock but that’s not the case. Over 3 weeks for delivery is unacceptable. No communication or order update, had to contact customer services that thought it was ok to mislead customers about ordering products that are not in stock. Poor service…”

“Not being familiar with the parts diagrams and part numbers it took me a minute or two to find what I was looking for. This wasn't a problem by any means. One of the Fowlers team then very kindly confirmed that what I'd ordered was indeed what I needed. The part arrived the very next day. I was really impressed with the service - it was excellent.”

“A bit expensive but so easy to find the part you need, using the exploded views. Great communications and I now have a brand new genuine complete exhaust for a bike that was discontinued in 2007. I always use Fowlers for my Honda parts.”
