“A person actually answered the phone and was very helpful. I ordered the part on a Monday morning and it arrived, by Royal Mail, the next day. Genuine part and fitted perfectly. Great price and service”

“My 1st time using Fowlers and I can not extol their virtues enough. Parts department were fantastic in dealing with my request for replacement Honda fairings. Ordered Friday online, delivered Saturday. Customer Service department were excellent when dealing with the order . Absolutely recommend Fowlers to any biker out there.”

“Excellent service, I called the parts department for advise on obtaining the correct parts. Really helpful guy on the phone sorted out what I needed, ordered online and it all arrived next day. Cannot fault that for service”

“I used Fowlers because my local Honda dealer had a hopeless online parts system and strangely doesn’t open their parts department on a Saturday. Anyway problem solved with a quick internet search and finding Fowlers, Parts quickly ordered and delivered within a couple of days. What made the service really good was the use of DPD for delivery which gave the choice of delivery date and the option to deliver to a safe place.”
