“A great company offering a wide range of genuine parts for loads of different models of bikes. Easy to use website and good communications via email and quick turnaround of orders. Would be great if you could do older models as well. Have used Fowler's for a couple of rebuilds and will continue to use them in the future.”

“Parts were fine. Fowlers need to allow you to reach checkout as a guest. In a hurry to order something. Couldn't remember password, just wanted part ordered, didn't want to log in. Had spare 5 minutes in morning to order parts. Still not done. Ordered elsewhere, lost a purchase because it wouldn't let me continue as a guest. Service and parts otherwise was faultless.”

“The service is second to none & delivery brilliant. The way this item was listed is very confusing. This item is listed as 2 on the same part number, you assume making an order for 1 on that part number will give you the two parts, wrong, you have to order 2. This caused me to make 2 orders & pay 2 lots of postage. Grumpy ...”
