“Simplicity: I order and pay for a part and, as if by magic, said part arrives. Like I say: simple. If there's one thing you could improve on would be to specify postage costs up front, not at the end.”

“Quick service - the part I ordered was delivered very quickly. There was not much communication in the first few days after I placed the order, but when I sent an email I got an out of office response from someone who I think is the owner, so it's possible he was travelling and was not able to respond. However, the part did reach me very quickly, so someone was working while the owner was away.”
