“Filers had the part in stock. It was easy to locate it on their website. I was kept informed of the delivery status. When the part arrived, it was the correct one. The only quibble, was that the fixing bolt and washer WAS included in the order, but did not state it on the web site, & I need not have ordered another washer & fixing screw. Hey-ho...”

“Fowlers have the right parts and good graphics for you to find that part! I will use them again for genuine spares. The only reason I do not give them full marks is that, graphics apart, their website is a bit ponderous for the less-than-frequent user. Having said that they got all the essentials right.”

“Small screws to fit the master cylinder caps at 50p each is fair enough at £3 but I don't know how you arrive at £1.20 vat. It's not worth arguing about the extra 60p”

“Really good service ! However the chap who gave me the product codes gave me the wrong one so I didn't get the parts I needed. Luckily the parts were only £3.00 so have just gone into stock and I made do with other parts I already had.”
