“Genuine parts delivered quickly however P&P was expensive. Parts could have been sent in a small jiffy bag instead of massive box!”

“Easy to order, dispatched quickly, but unfortunately took 6 days after that to arrive. Previous order only took 1 day. Not Fowlers fault but the post office.”

“The parts were in stock and were sent to me in France within 8 days. For these small parts (two Tab washers and a Woodruff key, weighing 20gr total),I find the postage cost excessive at £8. For such small light parts, a more modest postage cost should apply.”

“Ordered late one afternoon and turned up the next day. The only thing I was not Happy with is the Postage. The 2 small washers I ordered could have been sent with a normal envelope ?”

“Good selection in stock, prompt despatch with good update info but the courier company at my end let you down with poor local performance. They claimed two failed attempts to deliver, claiming the delivery address was unoccupied. This most definitely was not the case, Goods were left in a local retail shop for me to collect.”
