“The parts department themselves at Fowlers were very helpful and I have no complaints .None stock parts were obtained within a good timeframe . Communication on delivery was also good. My only gripe,which is not Fowlers fault at all,is the high cost of genuine Honda parts.”

“What can I say, I'm not easily impressed but this place as seriously impressed me, I rang Friday night practically 5 o'clock on Friday, now I work in the motor trade and most parts guy's won't even answer the phone past 4, I didn't get the guys name but he was very helpful, I have a 2002 R1 and I needed a few parts for the clutch, I had ordered a clutch boss spring a few days before which came wrong but this was my fault, the guy on the phone was very helpful and I eventually ordered the parts online from the part numbers he gave me, this was just before 6 on Friday, they arrived the next day to me in Scotland bang on time, will only deal with these guys from now on.”

“I've used Fowlers before and will be using again in the future. On this occasion I required a changeover relay, I decided to phone rather than order online and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and checked the bikes VIN code on the database to ensure I was ordering the correct part, he also suggested other possible causes of the issue I was experiencing which was much appreciated. Brilliant service Fowlers, keep up the good work. Garry”
