“Being recommended by a local workshop I gave fowlers a call. I was after an obsolete part ( NTV 650, water pump cover ) so wasn't holding much hope. How wrong I was. The parts department were very friendly, knowledgeable and managed to source the part I needed. Fantastic service and telephone manners, would highly recommend giving them a call.”

“Thank you to Fowlers Parts. The fuel gauge and fuel warning light on my 2002 Triumph Sprint have been playing up intermittently for a couple of years. The local Triumph dealer said they won't take on repairs of bikes more than 10 years old due to trouble getting parts so I've been putting up with it. The problem became permanent a while back so I had a proper look for a Triumph parts supplier without much hope, but came across the Fowlers website. It was easy to find the part I needed (fuel level sender) and was surprised to find that it was actually available, and that Fowlers would post it to Australia. It arrived within the nominated timeframe, securely packed and intact. I finally got time to replace it this weekend - no more orange warning light and a fuel gauge with a moving needle again. Yay!!! Great service and thanks again for helping people with older bikes to keep them on the road a bit longer.”

“Needed to replace fork seals on my Honda CBR, wanted only genuine Honda parts so browsed Fowlers online parts ordering service which I found really simple to navigate and locate the correct parts. Placed order and delivery arrived in just two days. Excellent no hassle service.”

“Can still get some OEM parts for my old Yamahas - prices are good and postage reasonable. Out of stock parts are available quickly from Yamaha main distribution. Great customer service - can actually speak to a person or do online queries.”
