“I have just spoken to the parts department but i cant remember his name sorry about that. My name is Stephen O'Connell my bike is a 2002 xv1600 wildstar, i needed very spacific details on a carburettor part. The gentleman i spoke to was " excellent " he looked through the parts diagrams with me on my computer and his and identified the exact part i needed , namely the air/fuel mixture screw jet which i didnt know it was called a pilot screw set. He was very helpful and new his stuff and quickly and calmly as i can be a bit impatient. I just wanted to say thankyou to him and all the staff at Fowlers, cheers have a great weekend.”

“Have used Fowlers for parts , since the early 70s. Always found their staff helpful and knowledgeable. The parts I require are for a machine over 20 years old now, but still normally available, once ordered delivery is fast and efficient.”
