“Excellent customer support (fast and useful response). But only on request, no automatic comments on changing excessive lead times. No automatic follow up, against announcement. Horrible lead time for a rather standard part (3 months).”

“There was a small error in the shipment of my purchase where one of the oil filters was not shipped and upon receiving it I had to pay again for the shipment. But I know little problems do happen.”

“Parts as described and delivered promptly and well packaged. Particularly impressed with the mirror which has been modified and improved over the original. The original became wobbly with no adjustment possible. The new mod is a massive improvement. Thank you”

“Unfortunately my new radiator cap was faulty as it leaked. The leaking cap was a manufacturing fault not Fowlers. Stuart was very helpful over the phone and email and had a replacement posted the next day. Great customer service.”
