“The wrong part was sent! The sales lady, tried to make me pay for the return, I refused, and pointed out to her, that it was their mistake, her tone then became aloft/arrogant. I then had to pay again, for the correct part, and was told there would be a 7 to 10 day wait?? No collection time could be allocated, so I had to wait indoors for 7 hours , for the wrong part to be collected by dpd.......They, have the returned part, now I am waiting for my refund.”
