“Good range of parts, straightforward purchasing experience except that your shop does not work on all browsers - doesn't work for me on Mozilla Firefox, which is a pretty mainstream browser now. Really no excuse for this, all your competitors have no issues with Firefox. Delivery was quick, overall very happy but you need to sort browser compatibility.”

“My son broke the end of his bike’s break lever on a Friday afternoon , I quickly found the part, it was in stock and said I had 20 minutes to order for it to be shipped that day. I selected Saturday delivery , not cheap at £12 , but not unreasonable. But 11:00 the following morning the part had arrived and was quickly fitted. Crisis averted 😃”
