“It is great to have access to a supplier like Fowlers with sich good stock and speedy service. Only reason I'm not giving "Very Good" is because parts fiche for Suzuki SFV650 is very limited and I have to hunt part numbers from other sources or to risk guessing the part being shared with another model. Thanks”

“Slow to pick. I bought a spark plug removal tool online and called in 90 minutes later to pick it up...it hadn't been picked and I had to wait 10 minutes. A small bother but the guys on the counter didn't seem that busy, just didn't seem that professional.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our warehouse currently pick orders in batches. A batch of orders, which can contain 150 to 200 parts are printed, and the parts picked, then the next batch is printed and picked, and so on through the day. Your order was placed just after a batch was released for picking and so it was held for the next batch. We can see that this system of working caused a delay, for which we apologise. We are currently reviewing our working process, with the aim of giving priority to our click and collect customers. Best Regards Fowlers of Bristol
