“My 2023 Triumph Bonneville had a recent recall to install a clip to separate 3 wires going to/from the charging system. Wires were located under the right sidepanel - easy access; Triumph service bulletin showed step by step procedure and part number for the clip. Ordered the clip from Fowlers web site; reasonable price and shipping; showed up in US about 10 days; Happy Camper!!”

“Customer service good, delivery time rapid, but I do take issue with delivery charge for something that could be sent on a 1st class stamp, also if ordering more than one product and one item is out of stock you have to pay double delivery”

“Very efficient service with in stock parts dispatched very quickly. The only issues I have encountered is some part numbers are show as ‘not in stock’ are actually no longer available. Such occurrences are few in number and I have been informed very quickly of this.”
