“Fowler were very professional, the main problem was with uk mail and they are totally pathetic and unprofessional. After two weeks we received our parts delivered by a neighbour 5 doors away. Not fowler fault but uk mail.”

“Online system works brilliantly Only issue is with staff on counter. 1) cannot get through on phone, never anyone available 2) lacsidsical approach to service in general E.g. I ordered 5 items online, 2 of which were out of stock so I knew I had to wait a while I receive an email about 1.5 weeks after I ordered saying 'ready for collection' assuming this was for all 5 items I pick them up from parts counter. Only to find at home the 2 out of stock items were not in the package. I absolutely was unable to get through on the phone to see if the other 2 were there so after work I ride 4 miles to Bristol depot to see if they were there. They were and they had been there all along as I suspected.”
