“Ordered the parts, waited,waited,called Fowlers,told to ring different department,called said department,told to ring different department,told to ring different department. recieved email picked up part,fitted it and went for a ride.”

“From my point of view, I'd like the parts to get to me quicker. Waiting up to two weeks is unacceptable in this day and age. Older Triumphs, ie 1990s on,are fairly common these days, and parts could be in your own stock, not having to go through triumph every time. Otherwise, your service is fine.”

“I have scored Fowlers as four out of five as whilst the service itself was excellent, the cost of Triumph spares, including screws and brackets, is expensive. I am guessing that Fowlers have little or no control over the cost of the spares or I they would be providing them at a cheaper price.”

“hi, The taillight and handlebar grips were exactly what was required Your website makes it very easy to purchase the correct quad bike parts and also clearly identifies the quad type and year Not so good was ordering the original quad bike type stickers for the front plastics to show it is a Yamaha 450 Grizzly, paying for them, and being told they were no longer available, you did send a mail saying those monies would be returned, but I work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico laying pipe from a port in Texas, so have been unable to check the bank account. . I will continue to use Fowlers for purchasing quad bike parts, as the parts are easily identifiable, and each time, the correct parts arrive. The only 2x websites i know of in the UK for parts that are very easy to use, user-friendly, and send the correct parts to the house are Fowlers, and Ifor Williams”

“Prompt delivery of OEM parts. Easy to locate and add parts to the order on the website. It's a shame the cost of OEM parts is so high. I have an older Yamaha and with the cost of replacing worn out parts its tempting to use aftermarket parts which are generally inferior.”
