“To be honest I was disappointed with this order. The main item that I wanted was no longer available from Yamaha, and so the order was fulfilled without that item and a refund was issued. I understand that Fowlers weren't to know that the part was no longer available until I requested it. BUT being the main purpose of the order, had I known that it was unavailable, I would have preferred to cancel the whole order.”

“Great detailed parts diagrams. Excellent service only reduced by a glitch in the payment system: payment was not accepted first time but it was at the second attempt but this resulted in a duplicated order. Duplicated order was returned and refunded without delay.”

“Very good service I just think if you only need a small item ie a washer that at nearly £4 the postage charge is way to high. An it dont need a jiffy bag ,just pop in an envolope an stick on a first class stamp.”

“Everything is good the only thing i could say to improve on is that the parts diagrams are not great and make it difficult to see part illustrations, a hi def overhaul is definitely needed to be able to see parts and numbers clearly with a zoom function.”
