From my point of view, I'd like the parts to get to me quicker.
Waiting up to two weeks is unacceptable in this day and age.
Older Triumphs, ie 1990s on,are fairly common these days, and parts could be in your own stock, not having to go through triumph every time.
Otherwise, your service is fine.
