“It’s pricey but i like that i can trust the authenticity. I’d like to be able to get more info on parts, like what metal is the disc brakes/pads made of.. Also, very important: Add the quantities suggested in the basket! If anyone needs less then they can remove it manually. I can’t imagine anyone wanting 1 spark plug, 1 washer etc.. as it’s suggested it looks like that’s how it be added in basket and so it should be..”

“Generally good and does what it says on the tin , I have ordered many things over the past years and several parts in the last Three or four weeks. your ebay orders can be a little shabby and stock shown is not accurate i have ordered parts that on your ebay show as 12 in stock but on ordering I am told they are on back order and Yamaha out of stock , I feel taking payment when you are fully aware of the stock issues is wrong and a little naughty .”

“Package arrived within the set timescale and I was kept fully informed of the progress of the delivery. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 to Fowlers is the that the items ordered were, to my mind, vastly overpriced! However, that is not really Fowler's fault - they were simply following the prices imposed by the manufacturers. How come Japanese spare parts seem to be worth many times their weight in gold?!!”
