“Part as described but very expensive. £52 for a small pipe. Also delivered to my old address as saved on the system”

“Not very happy .ordered 3 parts 1 was on back order this is ok so got the other 2 dispatched to me then couple of emails from fowlers later find out only 1 part is being delivered because warehouse staff cannot find other part when it is then delivered after 5 failed attempts because delivery driver cannot read instructions to leave with neighbour packet was cut open and thrown in my front garden not happy. Sent pictures of this to fowlers and called them no apology no response at all .was my first time using this company not very good customer service in my opinion”

“Great service, but the order did seem to get duplicated a month later with the same invoices and emails saying my or was on its way. I had to email to say order already completed and I don't want another one.”

“Found it easy to order and pay for the parts . Because not all parts where in stock I had to pay for 2 lots of postage , while not expensive it was a cost that I do not think I should have to cover. as i could not proceed with the job until I had all the parts , they could have retained the goods until all had arrived and sent as one package for the single cost.”

“Fowlers excellent, DPD parcel company absolute rubbish, they say your not in when you are, take photos of someone elses door and car. Due to them Using DPD i can no longer use them anymore for my parts.”

“I recently bought 2 locking nuts for the handlebar risers on my Yamaha XJR1300. You charged me a £3 delivery charge for 2 nuts, Hardly good value for money I think most people would agree. Paul Denoff.”

“Still waiting for the parts to arrive - it’s been 2 weeks now. Called last week to ensure they’d been posted and was told they had been and the blame was put on the Royal Mail. If they’re not here by Friday I’ll be seeking a refund.”

“They're ok. Ordered parts for an old motorcycle. They weren't in stock but available to back order. I didn't mind waiting so placed the order. I was informed after about a week that one part of the order was now discontinued but the other part had now shipped. Seeing as these parts were to fit together, the shipped part is pretty useless without the discontinued part. I would have appreciated the opportunity to cancel the other order before it was shipped. Other than that I'm sure they're about average.”

“As with any parts store you come for parts, and they do just that. My only problem with Fowler’s compared to other providers is that if something is on back order they don’t tell you when you can expect to receive it.. could be 2 days or 3 months you don’t know because they don’t let you know. Could be easily rectified other parts providers offer this service before ordering which if Fowler’s did this would make them my go to choice when after parts that are difficult to get hold of.”
