“Where do I begin with this company ForwardVia? I do a lot of international shopping and some companies do not ship to the US. There are shopping sites in the UK that I wanted to purchase items but do not ship to US. I contacted ForwardVia and inquired if they could purchase items for me and ship to my home address. Was very pleased they could accomodate my request. They provide a service where you can obtain a UK address and have your purchased items shipped and stored at their warehouse until ready for delivery if you are purchasing multiple items. They even purchased items for me when my payment from US was not an option. Their customer service personnel is OUTSTANDING!!! My first time using and they responded to every inquiry in a timely manner considering the time zone difference and kept me updated to package arrivals that were purchased. Packaging was secure for all items. Shipping reasonable and I received packages within 3-4 from UK. There are several shipping options available and other services available such as photos of items, repackaging and combined shipping to help reduce cost. Every transaction went smoothly without any incidences. I am so happy I found this company as a mediator to my shopping/shipping needs for the UK. I will DEFINITLY!! be using this company for all of my UK shopping/shipping needs. I HIGHLY recommend this company...”

“Dear Forwardvia Team, I used Forward2me before, but they threw out an item I bought on eBay because it was suspected to be a dangerous item. But when the same situation occurred, you unpacked it, cleaned it, repacked it, and forward it to me, so I trust you.”

“I have been using ForwardVia for a number of years. I think they provide an excellent service. The shipments are always well packaged and arrive quickly. My only complaint is the fee now being charged for each package. I usually order from Amazon and try to put everything in one order but Amazon often chooses to send out my order in different packages so I end up paying a lot more than I had hoped. Maybe they should give the first three packages free or something like that?”

We appreciate all customer feedback to ensure we can continue to offer our customers the most efficient service possible. Regarding the consolidation fee, the fee is applied per package that has been logged into the customer's account. This has always been our standard procedure, although we understand that retailers can split orders up and ship separately, unfortunately, we do not have control over how the retailer ships the packages. If you regularly ship with us, it may be worth considering our premium service which offers discounts on consolidation fees and shipping. It also includes extended free storage and other benefits.
