“What a great outfit! They were able to obtain and safely ship to me in the US a camera lens that no one anywhere had. The UK company selling it would not ship to the US. Let me back up a bit. I did research over a ten day period. I made calls from the US to the UK searching for an honest broker-shipper that I could entrust with securing and then shipping my lens FORWARDVIA was selected. They did a great job I used their concierge service. They had a service rep named Kar who guided me the whole way. Thank you Kar! I highly recommend ForwardVia. Sincerely Michael P”

“Flawless! I received my package - which was sort of big and had some cosmetics/liquid (therefore labeled “dangerous goods”) - all in tact, well-packaged and surprisingly so quick!! Their customer service team was so efficient over email when I reached out with questions as this was my first time ordering from UK to US. Amazing! So easy and highly recommend. My shipping was pricey but I expected that because of the contents and size.”

“This was my first time using any mail forwarding service and I am very happy with ForwardVia. I like that I made an account for free, others I looked at charged a fee for this. I was given an address immediately and ordered my items to be shipped there. I received notice from ForwardVia that they had received my package as soon as it was delivered and I was able to quickly arrange to ship it to my house. I feel the price for shipping, which includes their fee, was reasonable. I paid a small amount for extra tape and they sure did tape the box securely. I am very impressed with this service and would absolutely use it again!”
