As a mutual society, we don't have shareholders so our profits are instead distributed to our policyholders in the form of bonuses and also through our Foresters Extras membership package. Quick and easy to sort out.

Until now I have had little experience of the Foresters, but enjoyed a lunchtime meeting in October and will have another one to look forward to in one week's time. I have heard positive comments about the kind of things that they help members with and have taken part occasionally in a quiz night and found the members to be sociable.

I have made new friends since joining the society. People have been helpful with me, I believe my money is safe and being invested wisely. It has helped my financially as I have been able to claim for opticians and dentist which has been so helpf

I have been a member for over 50 years, I invest with the Society and have savings for my daughter and granddaughters. In addition to the savings side I enjoy the wide range of social activities and the camaraderie of belonging

I have two accounts with you where I was saving for my grandchildren I asked if I could change the amount on the two and have tree accounts as we had another grandchild You have been so difgicywith tegards to closing these two accounts that I would never recommend you You have kept our money snd it is really difficult to get this back , as the accounts are in the childrens names as advised by you Can we please close both accounts and have the money out I feel like taking this further , disgusting treatment , you should remember all customers not just your rich ones

As we offer long-term savings plans, the amount paid into the plan is fixed when they are opened and cannot be changed throughout the plan’s duration. As the plans are opened in a child’s name, they are viewed as a gift to the child, so unfortunately we are unable to pay the plan out to anyone except the child. Never got the information pack I ordered before actually applying for the LISA. Would also be nice if you had an online account to view your account etc.

Very easy to set up online, with good follow-up communication by email and post. The only improvement I can think of would be to have the ability to check my account balance online.
