“The item I ordered turned out to be just as beautiful as my partner had hoped it would be, just a shame that I paid for 2 day postage and it took 9 days to arrive”

“One expresso mug arrived chipped. But a replacement was quickly sent and arrived a couple of days ago. Excellent service. Only 5 stars given because of mug chipped on arrival.”

“My order was well-wrapped and arrived safely. The majority of the order looked similar to the product photos and the website did flag where natural product variation was to be expected. The only minor improvement would be to show said variation to give an online purchaser a better idea of what might arrive thereby increasing their confidence in placing an order. But overall I'm very happy!”

“First time I have used Folk Interiors. The service was fantastic and the item has arrived beautifully packaged. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was that the item I had originally purchased was not actually in stock. The team however did contact me right away and agree a suitable replacement (a full refund was also offered). I can’t fault the service at all, my only advice is to make sure the stock information is accurate! It’s a minor point though and it certainly hasn’t put me off purchasing from the website in the future.”

“Love these chairs. Well packed and arrived with all the necessary parts and instructions for assembly. What was disappointing is that the headrest cushion was not included, despite being clearly present in the advertising and in the pack contents list. Still waiting for Folk Interiors to resolve this.”
