“Lovely quality and colours . Delivery was on time and spoons were extremely well wrapped .Only downside was my fault in not checking the spoons handle length as I would have liked them longer”

“Fast delivery, great packaging, quality item. However, the glazes do differ from what's advertised and what I have is nowhere near as vibrant as what's on the website.”

These mugs are hand glazed with a reflective glaze so each batch does come in different. Hello Simon, We are sorry you felt our shipping was not quick. We can see that you placed your order on a Friday afternoon after our 1pm cut off for dispatch that day. We then dispatched this on the Monday as we are closed on a weekend. Tracking this we can see that it was delivered on the Thursday which would fall under our 3-5 working day delivery service that you paid for.
