“Fast delivery, great packaging, quality item. However, the glazes do differ from what's advertised and what I have is nowhere near as vibrant as what's on the website.”

These mugs are hand glazed with a reflective glaze so each batch does come in different. Hello Simon, We are sorry you felt our shipping was not quick. We can see that you placed your order on a Friday afternoon after our 1pm cut off for dispatch that day. We then dispatched this on the Monday as we are closed on a weekend. Tracking this we can see that it was delivered on the Thursday which would fall under our 3-5 working day delivery service that you paid for. “The item purchased was well presented on the site, at a reasonable price. It arrived very well packaged to protect it. It did seem to take a little while from order to receipt but possibly out of Folk Interiors’ control”

“I'll preface by saying that I love Folk Interiors and it's one of my favourite websites to browse and look at all the cute homewares! However, I ordered the HK Living Java coffee cups and was super disappointed to see that instead of 4 unique cups, there was 2 of the same cup in the set - which meant that the set was missing the pink cup (my favourite one!). I know it's not the end of the world but I was really looking forward to sipping from that pink cup tomorrow morning haha! I'm not going to bother sending the cups back, I'll just order a single pink cup and have a set of 5 instead! Delivery was fast and efficient as usual and I can't fault anything else about the experience - I'd still recommend this shop to anyone!”

“Quality of product was great, however the packaging was absolutely destroyed upon delivery. Possibly using bubble wrap would’ve been a better option. I don’t think anything was damaged, but the box looked like someone sat on it and threw it across the room. The ladle is smooth and really lightweight although I thought it would be a little deeper based on dimensions provided. Overall, beautiful and really cute product.”

“I was pleased with the quality of the plush Easter bunnies, but was disappointed, as l thought they came in a tin. Will have to concoct something to put them in for my grandchildren”

“Folk Interior were extremely helpful in sourcing an item of furniture after another company badly let us down. The staff were very polite and went out of their way to help us take delivery of the item quickly, keeping us informed at every step. All in all a very organised company giving excellent customer service. Would certainly recommend them.”
