“No problems with the website or the order. Delivery was tricky as the driver did not find the address, was rude and unable to follow instructions. So he did not come and the delivery had to be rebooked which is not good considering the amount one pays for this service. The second driver came the following day but instead of a two man service as specified on the website was one grumpy man who left the bed on the street and left. I was left to get it it with a baby and a toddler!!”
