“I preordered a jigsaw which was obviously popular. Katy was let down on delivery dates by suppliers a couple of times but she kept in touch via email and her perseverance paid off and eventually the jigsaw arrived. It was for a friend who loves it! Great communication, thank you.”

“I can not fault the service I received. An item I ordered was unavailable due to demand and the constraints of Covid. I was regularly kept up to date with progress and offered a refund if this was what I wanted. The owners are definitely customer focused and nothing is too much trouble - so big thanks for fulfilling my order against all the odds x”

“I was able to purchase some Broste Copenhagen at a great price, cheaper than in other online shops. It was sent quickly, well packaged and with good communication from the sellers. Would recommend this shop.”

“Despite the pandemic delaying the dispatch of the order, the customer service has been fantastic; with constant updates and option for a refund. However, I’m pleased to say that I’m glad my patience paid off as I received a wonderful product. Thanks for your honesty and service.”

“I LOVE the ceramic mugs! Such a beautiful design. Would make a great gift as they were also beautifully packaged. Thank you! Only criticism was they were a little slow to be dispatched.”

“Sorry, but my experience was absolutely dreadful. My order took over 6 weeks to be delivered from point of ordering (even though I paid for delivery) and onward communication was terrible. Customer experience is everything, so you really need to get your distribution more on point. Its a shame as you have some nice products. Thanks”

Hi Martin, We apologise for the delay due to our couriers having a broken down vehicle, with large mirrors we have to be super careful as they aren't insured for smashing during delivery. I have refunded your delivery cost and hope this is resolved. Thanks, Katy x
