“Through no fault of their own, I’ve had the Frank Stella puzzle on order since April of this year. They have been excellent at communication letting you know what’s going on and offering the chance to cancel if you wanted to. It made me all the more determined to stick with them and support them. The puzzle has now arrived and it was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you for your fabulous customer service and patience and tenacity in getting it to me ☺️”
