Hello Anna, Once again we are sorry that your order was left outside of your home by the courier and then stolen. We appreciate this was a gift you had bought in advanced and then found yourself with nothing to take away with you. We can see how this caused much inconvenience to you. We hope our offer of resending direct to the address you where going to showed we would have been happy to resolve this issue as this is not a service we wish our customers to experience. “I stumbled upon Folk Interiors whilst searching for Maileg items online. I found them to be really competitive in terms of price compared to other retailers that were selling the same pieces that I was looking to buy. I was so pleased when they arrived as the delivery box gave nothing away (the items are Christmas presents) and when I opened the box I found the smaller pieces that I had ordered were all individually gift wrapped by them. I hadn’t requested this so it was a lovely surprise. My only disappointment is that I have to wait until Christmas to see my daughters face ☺️”
