“I haven't got it yet”

Hi Pam, We're really sorry to hear you're disappointed and that your order hasn't arrived yet. Just to clarify — your order was placed and dispatched on Wednesday 16th. Friday 18th was a bank holiday, so Royal Mail services were paused, which likely caused a slight delay. We've checked the tracking today, and it's showing that delivery is scheduled for Saturday 19th. This is still within our advertised delivery timeframe, but we completely understand how frustrating any delay can be and truly appreciate your patience. If your parcel doesn’t arrive as expected or you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best wishes, Vicky

“I hadn’t ordered from this company before but was taken by the lovely 79’s inspired range. Bought the salad bowl as a gift for a friend. I haven’t given it yet but I hope they love it as much as I do.”

“Service and delivery were good but the cushion inners that I ordered were quite thin and could have done with twice as much feather stuffing. I considered returning them but really needed them for the weekend so I kept them. I wouldn't order this item again.”

Hi Amanda, Thank you so much for your order and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear you were happy with our service and delivery, but we're sorry to learn that the cushion inners didn’t meet your expectations. We always aim to offer products that our customers will love, so it’s really helpful to know your thoughts on the filling. We’ll be sure to pass this feedback on to our supplier as we continually look for ways to improve the quality of our products. We're sorry again for the disappointment, but we truly appreciate your support of our small business. If there's anything further we can do to help or if you'd like to chat through alternative options in future, we're always here. Warm regards, Vicky Folk Interiors
