“I ordered two of the little Mouse chairs for my toddler which looked super cute. Unfortunately only one arrived and the paint is all cracked around the sides. Very disappointing indeed.”

Hello Shelia, Firstly, we hope you’re well today and have had a fabulous festive holiday. Thank you so much for placing an order with us at Folk Interiors - as a small business, your support really means a lot to us :) The order placed on the 27th December, dispatched on the 2nd January and delivered on the 4th. We are sorry this order missed our post on the 30th when our warehouse was opened. We did our best to meet the demand on orders coming in within this Christmas week but did make a note at the checkout that all orders placed within this week would be dispatched after the 30th to avoid any disappointment. Sorry if this was missed. As a good will gesture we have refunded you fro the postage of this order. We are both very sorry for the delay any inconvenience yet thankful for your support of Folk Interiors so far! “I ordered what I thought was a salt and pepper pot set but had failed to spot that they were sold individually. I pointed out to the company that I thought the wording on their website was misleading. They responded very positively to my suggestion and altered the wording straight away. I also received a complimentary item. The product was lovely and the follow up customer service exceeded expectations! Thank you Folk Interiors for listening to my feedback.”
