“Fast delivery, great packaging, quality item. However, the glazes do differ from what's advertised and what I have is nowhere near as vibrant as what's on the website.”

These mugs are hand glazed with a reflective glaze so each batch does come in different. “I have just received my fabulous sofa from Folk Interiors and I have to say the online shopping experience with them has been great. It is a risk when buying a large purchase online as pictures can be deceiving but my sofa is perfect and great quality. It was delivered in super quick time which Katy arranged and she was most helpful in all aspects of the purchase. Sofa love x.”

Hello Simon, We are sorry you felt our shipping was not quick. We can see that you placed your order on a Friday afternoon after our 1pm cut off for dispatch that day. We then dispatched this on the Monday as we are closed on a weekend. Tracking this we can see that it was delivered on the Thursday which would fall under our 3-5 working day delivery service that you paid for.
