“I have just received my first ever order, and I am so happy. Parcel arrived quickly and securely packaged. My son opened the boxes to free the furnitures and unwrapped the maileg bunnies and placed everything in his house. All was perfect except for one furniture that shows signs of mold at the back. I contacted the shop and told them of my problem. They really quickly offered to refund me or send me another one; I chose the latter. They right away put a new order for me. Customer service at his best honesty, 5 stars. I will for sure order again.”

“I contacted customer service after placing my order to request they shipped it a little later due to me moving, and they were super quick and helpful in doing that. I didn’t receive my order yet to review that aspect of it but overall I’m pleased with the prices and range of items they have in stock.”

“Fantastic service, quick 2 day delivery. Order acknowledged and a thank you email from the owner themselves was a lovely touch. If I have any criticism it would be that the products could have been wrapped a little better. Half a sheet of paper would have been adequate and would have looked a lot neater. However, this hasn't put me off purchasing again and I would highly recommend this company to my friends.”

“Very pleased with my first ever order from Folk Interiors. The fragile item was carefully and securely wrapped into paper and cardboard using the paper parcel tape with absolutely zero plastic waste which is appreciated greatly. It also was dispatched very quickly and I could track my parcel easily by using the tracking number provided. I liked my new teapot very much and it definitely going to be used every day for many years to come.”

“Placed an order with Folk interiors and couldn’t be more happy with what I got. There was a delay due to Royal Mail delivering to the wrong depot and through all of this Folk interior was incredibly helpful and kept me updated through all of delivery. I would place another order in a heartbeat.”
