“Ever walked into a teahouse and mistaken 3 star service for 5? Very polite and astute service. Would recommend to any aspiring teahouse, particularly as they always seem to be limited editions. Any chink in their armour? We all live in a supply-chain economy. Knock on effects take time, from the Orient Express.”

“I realised I'd forgotten to get my niece a christmas present on the 23rd of December. What was a very late order for a Christmas gift arrived less than 24 hours later. Exactly what I ordered wasn't available, so they got in touch personally to check that sending another colour would be ok. Kind of amazing service. Though, I remembered that I had already bought a gift a couple or hours after ordering. So she got two presents.”
