Hello Kaneesha, We are sorry to learn of your order being delivered late. We can see that this order placed on Friday evening was dispatched by us on Monday but not delivered to you until the 6th. This is not what we expect from Royal Mail and is not their usual delivery. We have on this occasion refunded you for this postage. “Having loved the shop in Totnes was delighted to find your online presence. Lovely things, great service and shipment via Royal Mail (which was a relief). The packaging was exemplary given I purchased pottery and wine glasses and I could have just stuck a bow on it. Best Xmas shopping experience this year. Many thanks.”

“My first order got lost by Royal Mail. I emailed Folk Interiors to find out what had happened .Once Katy took it on everything was great.She reordered,gift wrapped and sent a money off voucher all in time for the birthday.My god daughter loved the espresso cups.”

“Wonderful Maileg products, all as described on the website. I'm very happy with the no. 1 size pixies, holding hands on our Christmas tree with a mouse fairy looking splendid too. I'm glad I got a tape measure out because they were just the perfect size. The postage was quicker than I thought it would be at this busy time of year! Thank you.”

“The quality of the products is incredible. Not only that, but I actually popped into their shop in Totnes after placing an order and Katy let me pick out which specific mugs I wanted to fulfil part of my order whilst I was there. She also went the extra mile to try and source some plates for me. The warehouse team are also wonderful. Vicky sent me an email worried that they didn't have something in stock and offered to change the shipping address to ensure I receivwd my order as they knew I was only down visiting my sister for a brief period. It is so clear that the team at Folk Interiors really cares about their customers. I honestly could not fault them. Thank you so much!”

Hello Linda, Thank you for your valyed order. We are sorry to learn of the delay on your order. This was dispatched by us on the same day as you ordred but we can see this is taking its time to get to your town. 7 days is not the usual turnaround for Royal Mail. Tracking this today it looks set to arrive in your local depo so delivery will be very soon we are sure.
