“I’m sure there are lots of lovely products to buy but sadly purchasing a gift voucher for someone else did not go as smoothly as the blurb seemed to indicate.”

“In a menopausal fug I submitted an online order only to realise I had chosen an incorrect item. I sent 3 follow up emails and left a voicemail trying to articulate my poor decision making. Thankfully Katy understood what I was on about and swapped out the cups. The parcel arrived promptly and unfortunately one has a smashed handle, which was promptly replaced. I have since submitted two more orders (successfully!) and been recommending Folk to anyone who will listen.”
