“Good efficient service for delivery and packaging with a personal touch. Unfortunately the product I ordered wasn’t of the best quality. I have decided to keep the product but due to this I don’t think I will be ordering anything else from your website. Rebecca Slater.”

“Initial ordering process frustrating as the order disappeared at the payment stage. The site reappeared the following day so I was able to complete. From that point the information and delivery was prompt and as expected once again.”

“I love the clock, and it arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately there was a slight knock to the outside of it though. Overall I would shop at folk again as they stock such lovely products but I am a little sad there was some damage done.”

“A good service. Well packaged and prompt delivery with updates for delivery timings. The bathroom rug I ordered looks good although disappointed in the quality. The diamond pattern is a print it’s not woven in. Therefore on close inspection makes it look of cheep quality.”

“This is a tale of two extremes! I ordered some plates and bowls and then wanted to add another item even though the order had gone through. I got an immediate response, was able to add the item and pay right away. I was very impressed. I was told the order would arrive in a day or two. It didn’t. I emailed and didn’t get a reply for a few days. Was finally told that one of the items was actually out of stock and was asked what I wanted to do. I made a decision and was told the order would arrive by Thursday - it arrived Friday which at this time of year isn’t so bad. However, unfortunately the order was wrong I received 7 bowls instead of 3 bowls and 4 plates!!!! Beautifully wrapped and packed but still wrong! Emailed and got immediate reply and within 3 days had the plates and a return label. Bowls and plates are lovely and the people running Folk Interiors seem rather nice too! Mistakes are made and at least they righted them quickly!!”

“I am very happy with my product. It arrived a little later than expected, but I don’t believe this was through fault of Folk Interiors. They emailed back promptly after I sent a query and provided a very friendly service. Would order from them again.”

“Although I had to wait some time for my order as there was a high demand for my particular goods, I was kept up to date on a regular basis by Katy, no issues at all and now can't wait to put my puzzle together. Thank you!”

Im glad you love them and I'm sorry it took so long to arrive. Usually tracked 48 is 2 days but looks like it was out for delivery for 5 days this time.
