About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

I ordered a large bunch of flowers, but the flowers we received were clearly not large. Very disappointing!

I replied to your email dated 23 June offering sunflowers for £25 with a reduction of £5 using code SUN5. The computer would not allow this so I asked for help to process the order No reply. Then I received another email offering the same flowers for £26. This time I bought them but costing more money than the original £20 a bunch. Having said that, both my daughters were delighted to receive the sunflowers.

Sadly the flowers weren't up to your usual standard- the roses were not fresh, as the buds were soft and some looked like they'd been in heat, as they were flimsy

Delivery was on time but quality was very poor. Flowers looked nothing like picture, many fewer and not good quality, also fairly wilted on arrival although did pick up with water.

The flowers arrived the next day after the requested day at 5pm. They were very dry. They were revived by my daughter & they survived. Free delivery was on offer as were the extra flowers & free chocolates. I sent a complaint to Flying Flowers & was given a refund. I suggested that free delivery is not worth offering as it is so important to ensure any flower order arrives on the date requested & it is too risky to hope that they will arrive on time when the company says most bunches will arrive when requested but to allow 2 working days for receipt.

My flowers for my friends special birthday arrived a day late and looked like they were dead. But I have to say I complained and got a refund and the flowers by the 2nd day had perked right up But still disappointed for my friend to have to receive flowers in that condition

My sister was initially pleased with the flowers but said they died after a couple of days and she has said I should not get her flowers again as it is a waste of money.

The peonies looked very sad and dry There was no wrapping or moisture to stop the flowers drying out. The leaves are very shrivelled and dry.

The delivery was put round the side of the house at 14.20 on second of may no card put through letter box found by chance next day

Ordered flowers on Sunday standard delivery so wasn't expecting next day. However I received an email saying they had been delivered and left in the mail room??? They were never received so not great. I did get a full refund though

The box that contained the flowers was broken and the flowers inside were broken and squashed. Not very happy with my purchase.

Sad to say the flowers did not arrive on my friend's BIRTHDAY. I contacted you on "chat line" and the only information you could offer was "would you like me to cancel your order." NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

I sent an email to say how disappointed I am with the flowers that were sent to my daughter in law. I saw them just a few days after and the roses looked very sad.

They could have looked really lovely and had a great smell. My feedback would that the roses were in bud but already papery. They just dried as they were despite food and water. Disappointed. We will go with Bloom and Wild next time

Delivery took 3 days instead of being delivered the next day. On arrival the box was a bit battered and blooms quite tired. A soak in water perked them up thankfully.
